Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. win66 requires that withdrawal funds be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit where practicable. win66 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity will not be released pending investigation. win66 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Gaming outcomes are determined by chance. win66 makes no guarantee of any return on deposits or wagered amounts. Please wager responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
win66 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where these terms have been breached, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable law or regulation. Users whose accounts are suspended for breach of terms may forfeit outstanding balances at the discretion of win66.

Any outstanding balance at the time of a valid closure request will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed, subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.
